Office Support Administrator

Job Description
  • [Company] has a 153-year history of serving the hand tool needs of professional tradesmen with products that represent a standard of excellence, innovation, technology and quality in our industry.
  • We are looking for candidates who want a career working with The Premier Brand of Hand Tools. We are currently recruiting for a part-time Office Support Administrator to be located at our Lincolnshire, IL corporate headquarters.
  • As an Office Support Administrator, you will manage the switchboard, and you will assist with mailroom duties, mailings and FedEx package preparation and shipment. You will also maintain coffee bar areas and executive kitchenette, as well as other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • General office or customer support experience and the ability to operate a switchboard and FedEx, USPS and other mailroom software and hardware, including scanners.
  • You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., be task-oriented and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. In addition, you must also be able to speak and communicate effectively, be able to follow directions and have good organizational skills.
  • Required Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
