Our Perth office is currently seeking a Principal Mining Engineer - Open Pit with the following skills and qualifications:
Specialist skills required:
An ability to foster and manage small teams of technical professionals and experience in the area of project management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders including senior management, technical professionals and operational personnel at a senior level.
Experience in the area of due diligence would be well regarded.
An ability to write clear and concise reports.
Strong capability in open pit mine planning and operations.
Qualifications required:
Degree in Mining Engineering.
Membership of, or eligibility to become a member of, a professional organisation that enables Competent Person status under the JORC Code or similar national reporting system.
The salary packages offered will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
