BS/MS in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Geology preferred
PE or PG Preferred
Demonstrated site experience with characterization of soils and groundwater at RCRA, CERCLA, and Brownfield sites as well as developing remediation strategies
Demonstrated understanding of environmental Due Diligence and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, budgeting and cost control
Demonstrated experience supervising technical and administrative staff
Strong leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills
Strong and effective communication skills including: experience and demonstrated capabilities as client advocate with state agencies, e.g. MI EPA.
Existing client relationships and demonstrated client management experience required
Plant/Site environmental due diligence experience a plus
