• We have several opportunities for talented and highly motivated individuals to either lead or contribute on a team of engineers and designers for a variety of complex capital intensive projects. Positions require strong technical skills, but also a high degree of leadership, project management and business development experience.
• The successful candidate will participate in a dynamic team environment capable of delivering results on multiple projects involving multiple disciplines. Desirable candidates will manage projects and provide optimal results that generate the highest degree of client satisfaction. Candidates will also be required to participate in business development initiatives by identifying new client contacts and projects.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Familiarity with local construction practices.
• Project experience in the precious metals processing industries or similar experience in coal, talc, oil and gas, cement, and lime.
• Design of tanks, pumps and piping systems and layout of process machines including conveyors, crushers, ball and sag mills.
• Ability to produce capital cost estimates based on conceptual and detail design studies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop working relationships with project members and clients.
• Knowledge and experience in Auto Cadd and 3d design software packages.
• Proven business development skills.
• Excellent English (written and oral) communication skills.

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate/graduate degree in Engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer, or eligibility for registration.
• Ability to travel as required both within the USA and internationally.
