Construction Foreman

Description

  • The Construction Foreman will direct the activities of the construction group support staff. This position will require some administrative tasks but will mostly be related to project planning, coordination and reporting. The position works directly with a multi-disciplinary technical group and third-party contractors. The Construction Foreman will ensure safe work practices and environmental standards are upheld. This position requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Required Skills:

  • At least 10 years of construction experience, with preference for oil and gas experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Good computer skills including proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of environmental and engineering practices
  • Good communication skills and influence with contractors
  • Familiarity with Pennsylvania state regulatory agencies and their requirements for planning, permitting and reporting
  • Experience supervising field construction personnel preferred
