Job Description

  • For 2011-2012 grads with a concentration in Human Resources, [Company] introduces our Human Resources Management Development Program (HRMDP).  [Company] HRMDP is designed to recruit and develop top human resources graduates with the desire to excel in a fast-paced, global and diverse manufacturing environment.

Diverse Rotation Experiences

  • [Company] 2-3 year diversified HRMDP will provide:
  • Rotations in two different businesses across two or more Segments (Industrial, Energy, Electrical or Engineered Solutions)
  • Immersion in technical HR Centers of Expertise
  • An executive mentor
  • High visibility and interaction with leadership team members
  • Formal networking opportunities
  • Human Resources, leadership and [Company] LEAD process improvement training
  • HRMDP Rotations may include work in:
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Organization Effectiveness
  • Compensation
  • Benefits
  • Employee Relations/HR Generalist

Eligibility:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources from an accredited university
  • Demonstrated strong academic performance; cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher on 4-point scale
  • Demonstrated leadership through work experience, campus activities and/or community service
  • Geographic mobility is a requirement
  • Must complete and pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment
  • Hold citizenship or permanent resident status for the primary location of their program (may be U.S. Europe, China)

Required Skills

  • HRMDP candidates must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and possess natural leadership tendencies, a high energy level, a proactive attitude and the desire to be an agent of change.
