Required Skills

• For 2011-2012 grads with a concentration in Marketing, [Company] introduces our Marketing Management Development Program (MMDP).  MMDP provides an accelerated learning environment for college graduates who are leaders and have the desire to excel in today’s fast-paced industrial sector.  The program provides experience in the many facets of marketing within a diverse organization, ideal for people who wish to pursue a career in marketing or use this as a springboard for general management. 
• This program will involve several rotations through multiple business units and segments over a three year period and requires relocations.
• The 3 year diversified Marketing leadership program will allow you to experience:
• Rotations in three different businesses in two or more [Company] Segments which include Industrial, Energy, Electrical or Engineered Solutions.
• An executive mentor in addition to high visibility and interaction with leadership team members

Formal networking opportunities

• Marketing, Growth & Innovation (G+I), and [Company] LEAD process improvement training
• Office and field experience including product training and trade shows
• The specific responsibilities within each assignment may vary based upon the immediate needs of the business.
• We are confident that participation in this leadership program will prepare the participants for a successful career within a Marketing team at [Company].

Eligibility:

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
• Majors: Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or other business majors with a Marketing focus
• Demonstrated strong academic performance; cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher on 4-point scale
• Demonstrated leadership through work experience, campus activities and/or community service
• Geographic mobility is a requirement
• Must complete and pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment
• Hold citizenship or permanent resident status for the primary location of their program (may be U.S. Europe, China)
