Descripción del Cargo:

Empresa requiere contratar los servicios de un profesional para ocupar el puesto de Asistente de RRHH para el campamento minero ubicado en la Ciudad de Paraje Chaparra - Chala - Caravelli – Arequipa.

Requisitos:

·         Bachiller o titulado de las carreras: Contabilidad, Ing. Industrial, Administración.

·         Experiencia en Campamentos mineros 3 años.

·         Conocimiento de planillas.

·         Conocimiento de Legislación Laboral vigente.

·         Con disponibilidad de trabajar en Arequipa.

Funciones:

·         Coordinar con lima, las actividades para el campamento.

·         Entrega de Boletas, Liquidaciones al personal del campamento.

·         Coordinar con las áreas las renovaciones de Contratos.

·         Coordinar con Seguridad y Medio Ambiente las actividades para el campamento minero.

·         Encargado del tareo del personal minero.
