- The [Company] plant will involve the management and oversight of a new paste plant and the installations of cyclones, thickeners, disc filters, paste pumps, binder delivery systems, etc., as detailed in the request for proposal.
- This will include oversight of a Pre-Engineered Process Building Contractor and a General Contractor who will perform the remainder of the work.
Responsibilities
- Resources will be assigned to the site to oversee, monitor and report to BGMI on the performance of the various construction Consultants with respect to the following aspects of their work:
- Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
- Quality control and Quality Assurance
- Coordination between adjacent Consultants
- Coordination of equipment deliveries and installation
- Coordination of all activities to meet budget & schedule
- Coordination of Meetings
- Coordination between Engineer & Consultant
- Progress and schedule performance reporting
- Cost Control & Reporting
- Document Control & Records
- Coordination of Commissioning & Handover
- Responsible for providing the necessary liaison between the construction Consultants and the design engineer organization with respect to field engineering matters such as interference checks and resolution of clashes, implementation of design changes and modifications or similar issues.
Basic Job Requirements
- Degreed or equivalent project experience
- Typically has 5-10 years of biotechnical, pharmaceutical, and/or mining experience.
