Mineral Processing Specialist - Utah Relocation is Available

Will participate in the front end engineering of mineral processing systems and plants.

Position will report to the Manager of Commissioning/Optimization.
This is a mid to senior level position.
A Metallurgical or Chemical engineering degree is required with 5-10 years’ experience.

Description:

  • The Mineral Processing Specialist will lead in the basic design and engineering of minerals process flow sheets. This could include small systems or process islands up to green field plant design. The position will direct and oversee any test work required complete the basic engineering and oversee detail engineering.
  • Responsibilities will include but are not limited to customer interface, proposal generation development of PFD’s mass balances, P&ID oversight, and project oversight.

Required Skills

  • Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering Degree 5 to 10 years of practical experience.
  • Experience in crushing, grinding, flotation, sedimentation and filtration will be beneficial. Must be well organized.
  • Able to work in multinational cultural environments and language skills would be an advantage. Extensive travel including the America's, Africa, Australia, Asia and Russia required
