Our client is a prominent business in the energy industry and due to expected organisational growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their business.

Job Description
Reporting to the CFO, this role is integral for supporting, developing and maintaining the company's long term planning frameworks. The key responsibilities will include:
Leading a team responsible for both short and long term forecasts and analysis on key deliverables;
Analysis of business performance to assist the business in making sound financial decisions;
Working closely with the leadership team to develop a clear business planning process.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will be professionally qualified with significant experience in a similar business planning and analysis and leadership role. You will have excellent report writing skills and the ability to communicate with and influence a broad range of individuals.
