About our Client
Our client is a high performing recruitment agency who are specialist in the booming mining, resources and energy sectors. Due to sustained growth, the business now requires a well rounded Financial Controller to join the leadership team of this dynamic and friendly organisation.

Job Description
Reporting to the Directors, the Financial Controller will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
  • Prepare the monthly management accounts and analysis of same
  • Preparation and review of indirect and direct tax returns
  • Manage the weekly payroll function nationally for labour hire staff
  • Monitor cashflow and prepare cashflow forecasts
  • Development of operational and financial KPI's
  • Manage and lead a small finance team

The Successful Applicant
We are seeking CPA/CA qualified accountant who possesses a well round financial and management reporting skillset. It is crucial that you are a team player and have the ability to forge strong relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders.
