Beyond Recruitment are a secure and well established, Talent Resource and Management firm specialising in the Mining and ICT recruitment sectors. With growth in our Mining and Energy division we are seeking energetic and professional Recruitment Consultants who are well organised with strong communication skills to join our Mining teams in Brisbane, Perth and Mackay.

These fast paced roles will require a high degree of multi-tasking and people contact on a daily basis. You will be responsible for growing our business within your region through innovative candidate attraction, sourcing and identification, management and placement of suitably qualified and quality applicants. Your specific role may also require infrequent travel across Mining operations in remote areas which will be fully funded by the company.
To ensure your success in the role, you will have sound knowledge of end-to-end recruitment with a good understanding of a technical discipline(s) within the Mining and Energy industries. Ideally you will be fast-paced, articulate, well organised, and comfortable in speaking with applicants daily and confident and effective at building and maintaining healthy relationships with clients. You will have sound knowledge of basic business principles, marketing, relationship development and an understanding of the work ethic required to be successful in recruitment.
In return for your hard work, commitment and contribution Beyond will reward you with a hansom base salary plus commission paid monthly. You will also receive a rostered day off each month as well as flexible working hours.
