Plant Process Controller

• Monitor and control the plant process using SCADA system
• Inspect plant equipment for defects / faults
• Reports anomalies to the Section Supervisor
• Ensure compliance to safety and operational standards and SHEQ procedures
• Complete hourly log sheets
• Analyse plant operating data and liaise with the Shift Supervisor for prioritization of activities such as maintenance and plant operation
• Allocate resources required to achieve shift targets
• Follow procedures when opening job cards, close job cards when maintenance work is completed
• Disengages part of the plant to be worked on to facilitate maintenance
• Handover and takeover of control room

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in mining
• At least 5 years mining experience
• You must be a Motswana Citizen
