Analyst Plant Accounting
Tasks
- Ongoing accounting support including recurring and non-recurring accounting entries and financial closing support
- Month-end closing support. Analyze changes in the Balance Sheet to maintain visibility and ensure accuracy. Prepares financial performance reports for plant staff.
- Plant level financial interface with SAP.
- Support CapEx (AFE) analysis and justification. Analytical support to improve cash flow and profitability.
- Assist in standard cost development and analysis of production variances.
- The Plant Accounting Analyst is responsible for managing the accounting entries for the assigned plant(s). This includes meeting ongoing accounting requirements, month-end financial closing support, and management of the balance sheet accounts. The Plant Accounting Analyst supports the Plant Controller.
Requirements
- B.S Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
- SAP experience a plus.
