Empresa líder en el sector Minero requiere contratar a una Trabajadora Social, para ser parte de su equipo. 

Requisitos:

  • Titulada y Colegiada en Trabajo Social.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Campamento minero (Sierra Norte).
  • Dominio de Office a nivel usuario, Conocimiento de Derecho Laboral, Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Trámites en Es-Salud.
  • Conocimiento de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, ingreso de contratos al MTPE y T-Registro.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares.

Funciones:

  • Administrar y revisar las pólizas de seguros referentes a trabajadores.
  • Asesorar y/o hacer seguimiento de situaciones de los colaboradores, con relación a documentación y gestiones ante Es-Salud.
  • Administrar, controlar y entregar el balance de las provisiones de bienestar a fin de llevar un control de gastos que se realicen en el año.
  • Ordenar y distribuir el trabajo y recursos para la realización de los programas de bienestar.
  • Implementar el archivo temático de noticias para la comunicación.
  • Proponer normas y políticas relativas a la administración de contingencias en los colaboradores.
