Modular Training Supervisor

This is a great opportunity to become a part of a brilliant organisation to provide assistance in the building of their new Modular Mining System as a   Modular Mining Training Supervisor.

You will be part of a large mining organisation, based in Perth, Western Australia, to provide training and assessing to employees of in accordance with our clients competency standards. Your experience in developing and delivering training material will be essential to your performance in this role.
 
You will be managing a small team of Trainer Assessors. In your role you will develop and document training packages in mobile fleet systems for a variety of departments and work groups across Pilbara mine sites, as well as providing coaching and direction to Mobile Fleet Systems Trainers to ensure a high standard of training is maintained. You will be supporting continuous improvement initiatives as you liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and build strategic working relationships.

You Will Need Experience in: 

• Modular Mining  Systems
• a high level of computer literacy skills
• knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite packages
• Cert IV in training and assessing 
• Sound communication skills (both written and oral)
