Indigenous Production Trainers And Assessors

Our client is a leading provider of engineering and infrastructure management services to customers operating in market sectors including Minerals & Metals, Oil & Gas, Power, Road & Rail Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Water.

Previous experience in the Training and Mentoring of Indigenous people in a previous role will be highly regarded.
This role will be site based on an 8:6 roster and offers a competitive remuneration package.

To be Considered You Must:
  • Hold a certificate 4 Trainer & Assessor's qualification and have extensive experience as an equipment operator.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience in Mining
  • Experience in Indigenous Recruitment and Training
  • Understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Culture
  • Ability to coach and mentor
