Electrical Supervisor

Wade Walker invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of two Electrical Supervisors. The position will be based in Namibia, Trekkopje site. The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager. This is a limited duration contract.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2-3 years supervisory experience is essential    
  • Must have a valid trade test certificate
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Job Specification

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not be limited to the following:

  • Supervision of skilled and semi -skilled artisans.
  • Client Liaison
  • Compiling of reports.
  • Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and industry standards
  • Technical Responsibilities
  • Hands on Electrical installation work

Competency Profile

  • Work Experience
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience is essential
  • Technical competencies         
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Computer literate 
  • Must be able to compile reports          
  • The candidate must be a disciplined presentable individual and able to manage his own time as well as that of others               
  • Capable of working under pressure
