Infrastructure Project Controls Manager

Job Description:

• Overall coordination and implementation of related matters with regard to cost management, schedule/planning, and progress reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for implementation of the field project control requirements with regard to cost management, schedule/planning, and progress reporting.
• Functionally supervise the Field Project Controls staff.
• Coordinate and communicate with Client Field Project Controls Director and Construction Management regarding the project controls program.
• Prepare procedures for field project controls portion of the project.
• Provide project controls input to the Monthly Progress Report.
• Reports to project Business Manager.

Basic Job Requirements

• A Degree in construction management, construction technologies, construction sciences, business administration or engineering preferred, or equivalent combination of training and technical work experience.
• A minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in Engineering, Construction, or Project Controls. In addition to the experience requirements noted, individuals must have experience as a Lead Cost for a medium- to large-sized project or a CTL/CTM for a medium-sized project.

• Must be willing to be on assignment in Anchorage for 2+ years.
