Job Description:
- [Company] is currently seeking an experienced individual for a Mine Controller position. The hiring company is a mining company located near Winnemucca, Nevada.
- As a Mine Controller, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to coordinating the accounting, purchasing, warehousing and budgeting processes at the mine, maintaining accurate accounting records and seeing that all financial reporting is done on an accurate and timely basis, and coordinating the development of analysis of the annual budgets and reforecast.
- Applicants must have 10 years management level experience in accounting and business, as well as 5 years’ experience in mine accounting, warehousing, or related field. Candidates must have a 4 year degree in accounting or finance. Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills.
- This is a direct hire opportunity. Compensation for this position is $101,000-$119,000 annually.
- This position offers benefits which includes medical, dental, optical, and a 401k.
