To work with our clients regional offices to promote and generate orders for all aspects of Gas Seal Aftermarket business including spare seals, refurbishments, upgrades, field service, retrofits, system upgrades. The position is End User and OEM facing providing central support our clients regional and country representatives with sales tools, sales support, technical information, project management, training and customer visits.
Role Summary

The position is End User and OEM facing providing central support to our clients regional and country representatives with sales tools, sales support, technical information, project management, training and customer visits.

Our client designs and manufactures mechanical seals and associated products for the oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper and mining industries. Today our client provides the most complete selection of engineered mechanical seals, sealing support systems and mechanical packing, complemented by power transmission couplings.
The responsibilities
• To work with regional our clients sales representatives to identify and maximise revenue from the Gas Seal installed base including spare seals, upgrades, refurbishments.
• Work with our clients regional sales representatives to identify top line growth opportunities including gas seal service or management contracts, gas seal retofits, system upgrades.
• Provide the sales tools and support, prices, technical information, product training together with overseas customer visits (both End User and OEM) that will help the regions meet order and sales targets, ensure sustainable growth and maintain and build relations to meet customer product service and support expectations.
• Manager and coordinate the flow of technical and commercial information / documentation that is generated as part of the normal selling process in line with Company procedures. This means a close involvement with the Gas Seal Group Design Office, Order Fulfilment and Reliability teams for sales opportunities and projects.
• Provide project management in support of regional offices for more complex or key gas seal Aftermarket projects for both End User and OEM customers to ensure product is delivered as promised.
The requirements
• Product support and commercial / technical sales experience ideally gained within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemcial, Turbomachinery or Pump industries.
• Some understanding of the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries and the associated rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of Gas Seals or mechanical seals in general would be an advantage.
• HNC or equivalent as a minimum
