Maintenance Supervisor

They currently have a requirement for a Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Desford, Leicestershire

Job Description:
The Maintenance Supervisor position is primarily responsible for the daily running of a very active part of the factory ensuring all areas have correct levels of support.

The role requires:
• Working with a multi-skilled team of maintenance engineers proactively resolving production breakdown issues
• Setting up new areas when projects require support
• Working with both customers and suppliers to resolve day-to-day issues
• Working with the team leaders on performance issues
• Supporting the maintenance manager and keeping all PPM and matrix systems are kept up to date

Key Skills/Requirements:
• Candidates will have knowledge of maintenance systems and the daily management of such and experience in working in a high impact team environment
• Candidates must have strong analytical skills, including manipulating data within Microsoft packages
• Ideally candidates will have a n Engineering Degree

Salary: £31,173- £38,966
