Responsibilities
- The [Company] Program Management Office Sr. Managers primary responsibility is to provide oversight and effective management of the [Company] program and new application delivery across [Company]
- The [Company] Program Management Office Sr. Manager will establish daily, monthly and quarterly metrics that display financial, on-time delivery, quality and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Align IM systems and functions with industry, district and corporate strategic goals.
- Leverage appropriate external practices and benchmarks to ensure strategic goals
- Evaluate, recommend and implement systems and processes to enhance application delivery and Kiewit OneIM.
- Support and work with corporate IM staff to implement new IM applications and initiatives.
- Participate on governance committees to ensure appropriate implementation and analysis of potential new systems and applications.
- Manage staff, evaluation, training and hiring processes, as required.
- Implement and administer IM policies and procedures, corporate policies and safety policies.
- Assist with the IM planning process in regards to [Company] and application delivery strategies
- Manage outside vendors and consulting services.
- Find means and methods to ensure that current [Company] schedule is met
- Familiarize with Kiewit Culture and decentralized business structure
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an information management role involving IT/IM operations management, project management, process improvement and/or strategic planning.
- A minimum of 5 years of leading or managing IT/IM professionals in program management
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional services role (consulting or construction).
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Background and Experience with Project Portfolio Management
- Proven successful experience in managing large project teams on complex, multi-disciplined projects.
