We are currently looking to further expand our Perth Office with the addition of a bright and tenacious Lead Recruitment Consultant at a senior level.

As a Lead Recruitment Consultant within our company, you will be joining a high performance culture and have broad ranging responsibility for developing and servicing blue chip clients and candidate network.  Your end to end candidate management responsibilities will span short-listing, interviewing, inducting and leveraging prolific client and candidate relationships across the Rail Infrastructure & Construction, Mining & Metals, and Energy & Chemicals industry sectors throughout Australia.

You will have a track record demonstrating proficient core competencies focussed upon relationship management and negotiation.  Your superior time management skills and discipline and motivation to join a high performance culture will allow you to develop your career within a team of like minded business professionals.
