Staff Environmental Engineer

• [Company] seeks an experienced environmental engineer to support the Air Services Group. This engineer position will primarily provide support to the air compliance group. Experience with environmental compliance including permitting, reporting, auditing, and regulatory applicability analyses. Background in oil and gas industry is preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft office. Previous consulting experience preferred, but not required.
• This position will work closely with Air Services Manager(s) to deliver technical support services to clients in a professional, timely and cost effective manner. Candidate should be able to work independently when necessary but also should work well in team atmospheres. Background in technical report writing and regulation interpretation (air, water, waste environmental regulations ' Federal and State) is preferred.
• This position requires at least 4 years’ experience and a degree in Environmental Science or Engineering.

Basic and Required Qualifications:

• Minimum years of experience: 4
• Education required: BS in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related Engineering or science degree
• Skills required: Air quality permitting, regulatory compliance

Additional and Preferred Qualifications:

• Registrations/Certifications preferred: EIT
• This position does requires travel. Travel amount is 40%.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
