Associate Specialist, Information Management

KBR is seeking an Associate Specialist for the Information Management team for the Houston office.  Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Under direct supervision, coordinates the information and data throughout the project environment utilizing current systems, systems technology and tools. Supports the project in creating a data centered execution technique. Has limited knowledge of Project execution methodology. Directly or indirectly handles the basic Information Management and Information Technology requirements for one or more work groups or projects, including requests for hardware, software, systems access, and user support.  Directly or indirectly coordinates hardware and software installation and configuration for desktop computers, laptop computers, printers, servers, and networks. Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center’s viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. Understands the requirement to deliver life cycle project information and data in accordance with Client and contractual requirements. Has some working knowledge of all deployed project systems and tooIs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree related to Information Systems or Engineering or 3 years of relevant experience in an engineering or relevant Information Systems role.
• Experience with project systems or tools.
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
