Construction Manager 
  • At least 10 years applicable work experience, which includes experience in leading a team of Engineering Professionals.
  • Registered professional engineer with a degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in design and construction management of landfill, waste treatment and leachate treatment plant or related facilities, and with experience in managing construction subcontractors.
  • Must be a strong, motivational team leader with prior experience in project planning and scheduling using MS Projects or Primavera.
  • Strong ability to interface with senior leaders and Government / customer leaders.
  • Experience in managing multiple contracts and subcontractors in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Complex program management capabilities. Flexible and adaptable in approach. Critical and strategic thinker.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
