Empresa relacionada con la minería se encuentra en la búsqueda de un profesional altamente calificado y con potencial para el puesto de Supervisor de Seguridad.

Funciones:

  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir las políticas, procedimientos, estándares, objetivos y programa de seguridad e higiene y ambiente en las operaciones de la obra de acuerdo a lo indicado por nuestros clientes y la legislación vigente.
  • Evaluar la eficiencia y desempeño en seguridad de las diferentes áreas o zonas de trabajo.
  • Administrar y mantener actualizada toda la información y estadísticas relacionadas a los asuntos de seguridad.
  • Realizar los Análisis de riesgo en seguridad, salud y medio ambiente en actividades de campo (POER´S, Matriz IPER y ATS).
  • Elaboración y participación de las inspecciones y auditorias.
  • Preparación, implementación y mantenimiento de planes de emergencias y contingencias.
  • Diseño e implementación de Programas de Seguridad en los diferentes trabajos. (Inspecciones planeadas, simulacros, capacitaciones, charlas de 5 minutos, entre otros).
  • Apoyo al Comité de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo.

Requisitos:

  • Conocimientos de legislación relacionada con la seguridad, normas y estándares vigentes.
  • 03 años de experiencia como mínimo en el puesto.
