Descripción del Cargo:

Una de las más importantes constructoras peruanas con operaciones en Perú, Chile y Colombia. La cartera de proyectos que viene manejando requiere ampliar su staff de profesionales debido a motivos de expansión, por lo cual estamos buscando un Analista de Reclutamiento de Personal con experiencia comprobada, y logros demostrables.

Funciones:

  • Encargado de atraer, reclutar y proveer la muestra de candidatos potenciales que reúnen el perfil Técnico y profesional que soliciten las obras y áreas de las empresas del Grupo.
  • Ampliar y fortalecer las redes de contacto y de reclutamiento de la empresa.
  • Identificar instituciones, organizaciones, entidades y/o empresas que cuenten con profesionales. Investigación del sector y de Mercado laboral así como de empresas objetivo. Realizar Headhunting de puestos claves y críticos de la empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional Ingeniero Industrial, Administrador, Relacionista Industrial, Psicólogo Bachiller o Titulado.
  • Experiencia no menor de 3 años como Analista de Reclutamiento en el sector Construcción, Minero, Ingeniería o afín; si ha trabajado en consultoras, haber manejado la cartera de clientes de dichos sectores.
  • Haber realizado cursos en Reclutamiento, Gestión de RRHH, etc.
  • Dominio del inglés mínimo de Nivel Intermedio (Deseable).
  • Manejo del MS Office a nivel intermedio.
