Quantity Surveyor / Cost Planner

Your role will be to communicate well within different teams, architects, engineers, builders, contractors, suppliers and project owners. Checking changes to design and assess the effect on costs, along with working to preparing a BOQ. You will also be required to undertake feasibility studies about the worth of a project and prepare monthly cash-flow forecasts for the client and tax depreciation schedules acting as a consultant to business and government.
 
You will ideally have a tertiary degree in Quantity Surveying and experience within a building related field, with at least 5 years experience within a QS or PQS firm. Knowledge of contract administration, cost planning and estimating experience will be advantageous as well as the ability to communicate well with the client and develop good relations.
