Cost Controller - Senior/Lead

Due to an increase in their project portfolio, we currently have an opportunity for a Senior or Lead Cost Controller with a heavy industrial background on their latest projects to be run from their Brisbane office. As Cost Controller, you will be involved in the project cost analysis and evaluation of labour, material, assembly costs, timeline scheduling, specification, negotiations, planning and coordination in addition to providing cost breakdown in estimation of project costs.

As the successful candidate, you will have:-

• Minimum of 8 years project cost control experience within a tier 1 EPCM environment
• Background in mining or heavy industry ESSENTIAL
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with company's established guidelines, procedures and practices as well as other departments, suppliers and contractors
• Knowledge of project management systems interfaces, i.e. In Control, SAP and with exposure to Cost Management Systems
• Brisbane or FIFO options on offer
• Stable employment history with long-term tenure
