Join the team of world-class mining Engineers in Queensland.  Our client is currently operating in more than 15 countries worldwide and their success is reflected by their longevity across a variety of markets. 

There is an urgent need for a Mine Surveyor based at an open cut hard rock mine. Working in the Technical Services team you will be reporting to the Senior Surveyor.

This role will offer you a broad range of survey work including set-out control calculations and conducting day to day surveys.  This organisation holds safety in the highest regards therefore part of your responsibilities will be to offer improvement methods and development ideas.

Responsible for delivering mine surveying services, you will contribute to initiatives and provide professional input. It will be essential to provide survey information to the Engineering and Geology departments as required and supply Production calculations for End of Month volumes is a key responsibility. 

Relevant qualifications and the proficient use of Surpac and Autocad are essential for this role.
