This leading mining organisation currently has a requirement for a site based HR Superintendant.


Reporting to the Head of Human Resources you will take responsibility for all operational HR areas including, advising managers on HR policy, inductions, employee review meetings, performance management, HR reporting and HR project work. You will also provide support in the provision of HR strategy in areas such as talent management, workforce planning and organisational development as well as mange an onsite HR team.


This is an excellent role for a HR professional who is looking to develop their career. To be successful you will hold a HR related qualification and have substantial HR generalist experience gained within the mining, construction or oil and gas sectors.
