International Recruitment Consultant

[Company] is working alongside an international recruitment consultancy in London looking to hire a recruiter for their South American markets. The company concerned work in FMCG, mining, marketing and education in the UK, Eastern Europe and South America and are looking for a sales-driven person to help feed off the growth taking place in Latin America.

The role will mean building up a healthy candidate database for your chosen market to serve the existing client base and opening out the market further. A significant amount of groundwork has already been done in this area so you will have help.

You will ideally be fluent/native Spanish speaking (Portuguese would be a bonus!) and have some experience in recruitment or sales already. You will be happy on the phone and looking to become expert at spotting opportunities for your candidates. There is a real opportunity for exceptional earnings with this firm so you need to be hungry for success.
