A superb opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a leading manufacturer based in Liverpool, Merseyside
Due to an expansion within the Engineering department the client is looking to recruit an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to provide maintenance support to a defined section of the factory at their Liverpool, Merseyside site.
As Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), your key features will include:
• Responsibility for the Planned & Reactive maintenance of plant equipment within a Heavy Engineering environment. Working with manufacturing equipment including silos, conveyors, hot gas systems, dryers, CHP, cooling systems, presses and hydraulics, thermal oil systems
• Fault finding on Siemens PLC systems
• Checking work permits, working to safe operating procedures and ensuring all HSE standards are met
• Updating the SAP CMMS system
The Successful Maintenance Engineer will be a Time Served, electrically biased Engineer with experience working in a large, industrial or heavy engineering plant.
You will have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and will have a proactive approach to Maintenance Engineering tasks.
