Geotechnical Engineer

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced geotechnical engineer for a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based near Cambridge. The successful candidate will develop their skills whilst work on a range of geotechnical, contaminated land and remediation projects.

It is essential that applicants have a first class academic background preferable degree qualifications include; BSc Geology, Geoscience or Geochemistry, ideally with MSc Environmental Engineering, Contaminated Land or Engineering Geology.

Reporting to project managers you will be involved in all aspects of site and office work. Duties may include; designing, organising and supervising ground investigations; preparing and producing geotechnical and interpretive phase 1 and phase 2 reports; client liaison; business development.

The position offers a competitive salary together with bonuses.
