Position Summary

Individual would be responsible for providing high level business support and promotion for Plant Services, specifically [Company] P and Third Party Repair businesses. Individual would interface with customers, [Company] sales district teams, distributors and Plant Service operational personnel.

Assumes marketing functions and capabilities with respect to the RAAMP business in order to establish enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Responsibilities include market research of competitive offerings, RAAMP proposal generation, RAAMP business margin analysis for new and existing accounts. Field engagement activities to introduce, train and assist in selling of RAAMP services within specific geographies or across multiple key accounts. Single point of escalation for RAAMP commercial issues from the field. Communication amongst RAAMP team members and with other [Company] teams is essential.

Identification of new product development opportunities for RAAMP and Third Party Repair businesses; develop internal and external value proposition, presenting specific deliverables, impact to client and[Company] .

Partner with extended Plant Services operations teams to ensure efficient and cost effective delivery of all repair services. Activities include active participation in ease of doing business and process improvement initiatives to ensure customer expectations are being met.

Assist in management and tracking of the sales and profit performance of the[c] RAAMP [/C] and Third Party Repair product lines. Provide appropriate field and channel feedback and facilitate action at district levels in partnership with DDL’s. Evaluate and make changes as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business, engineering or equivalent related experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with higher level knowledge of Microsoft Access and web enabling technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior repair industry experience in sales, marketing or related services preferred in an industrial environment.
- Customer account management or project management experience is required.
- Must possess strong commercial and business acumen and understand financials.
- This position requires mobility in an industrial, plant floor environment and is subject to the client’s plant safety requirements.
- This position requires the ability to travel within the US up to 50% to other [Company] & Customer locations on business for periods of 1 to 2 weeks as required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior commercial and customer relations’ experience is also preferred.
