Systems Integration Engineer

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Systems Integration Engineer carries out the duties within the system team of integrating Electric Drive Systems within OEM vehicles. He / she will conduct design and analysis work, coordinate design efforts of internal and external groups, and manage tradeoffs and interfaces between subsystems. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short and long term business goals.

Essential Responsibilities

Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
Provide support to personnel leading assigned projects and close interaction with the Global Supply Chain
Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures
Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments
Participate on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and general issues
Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science
At least 2 years of experience in an engineering position
