Empresa  Metalúrgica líder en la producción de bolas de molienda y piezas de metal para las diferentes minas, tanto a nivel nacional e internacional, se encuentra en la búsqueda un Analista de Desarrollo Organizacional para desempeñarse en el área de Recursos Humanos.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Psicología Organizacional, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Relaciones Industriales u otros.
  • Especialización en Recursos Humanos.
  • Gestión de la cultura organizacional y clima laboral, gestión por competencias, implementación y desarrollo de planes de carrera, conocimientos y experiencia en estructuras salariales, descripción de puestos, evaluación de desempeño y capacitaciones.
  • Indispensable contar con experiencia en empresas industriales por un periodo mínimo de 3 años habiendo realizado las funciones señaladas.
