Empresa del rubro Minera requiere contratar a un profesional graduado de la carrera de Recursos Humanos o afines.

Requisitos:

  • Con solida experiencia en sectores de Capacitación y Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos en empresas industriales de alta dotación.
  • Son competencias necesarias para ocupar la posición poseer buena disposición al trabajo en equipo, buenas relaciones interpersonales, comunicación efectiva, creatividad e innovación y pensamiento estratégico.
  • Se valorará aquellos postulantes que demuestren dominio del idioma Inglés.
  • Es requisito excluyente estar dispuesto a trabajar en un sistema de turnos de 10 días de trabajo por 10 de descanso.

Funciones:

  • Gestionar y coordinar los procesos de capacitación de la compañía.
  • Administrar, coordinar y liderar el proceso de evaluación de desempeño.
  • Administrar los procesos de selección de personal.
  • Administrar el manual de puestos de la empresa, organigramas, estructuras salariales, cuadros de dotación.
