An opportunity for a HR Manager WA is currently available to work with a leading Australian not for profit organisation. 

Reporting to the National Manager of HR, you will be working with leaders within the business, rolling out initiatives around employee branding, inductions and orientations, leadership and development programs and employee engagement strategies. You will also provide coaching and advice to managers in areas such as performance management, dealing with grievances, OHS and training. 

To be successful in the role you will have a generalist HR background and be an effective communicator who develops positive relationships at all levels and most importantly, you will be passionate for the way in which Human Resources can be an integral part of the business.
