Contract Administrator

A young and vibrant company with a specialty in the high rise and large scale retail sector is seeking an experienced site manager to join their established building team.  With a project history of between $50- 250 million this company has a strong history in diversity in project size and type, with a focus more recently in the commercial high rise market.  A new wave of tenders just awarded there are three main projects ready to start at $60-120 million in value all in inner Melbourne locations, this is also backed up by a potential pipeline of larger projects in the New Year. 

As an experienced contract administrator you would be expected to:

• Preparation and submission of progress claims to client
• Preparation and submission of client variation
• Tendering and letting of sub contract packages
• Process sub contractor payments
• Cost reporting and budget control.

Ideally you will be:

• Tertiary qualified in a building related field
• A Contract Administrator with 6-8 years experience with a proven track record with a commercial high rise projects.
• Experienced working on large scale commercial projects of $50Million minimum
• Highly driven in the quality of your work
