One of Perth's leading practices is continuing to grow and develop their team and is seeking a number of 2-4 PAE lawyers to join the group. Working closely with both partners and clients you will be involved in a range of matters and obtain good level of responsibility from day one.

This team undertakes a range of work within the energy and resources sector including:

mergers and acquisitions
corporate advisory
private equity
joint ventures
major projects
foreign investment

Due to the nature of the work they are keen to hear from people with experience in energy & resources or corporate advisory and M&A work who are keen to specialise within this sector.

You must have obtained experience within a top tier energy/corporate practice either within Australia or from another Common Law jurisdiction (UK, NZ and South African qualifieds of particular interest). If the latter the firm are in a position to offer sponsorship and assistance with relocation.
