About the Role:
Contracts and Disputes candidates will be expected to possess knowledge and skills attained during your previous work experience within the Electrical/ Mining/ Oil & Gas industry.

Duties will comprise but not be limited to: 

• Disputes
• Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations
• Preparing and presentation of financial control
• Claims and Contracts Management
• The preparation and agreement of final accounts
• This role would ideally suit experienced Quantity Surveyors with exposure to claims and dispute resolution with a background in law.

About the Benefits / Allowances:
Our client believes in motivating and developing its staff with rewarding above average salary packages. For this particular role the salary on offer will be negotiable at $150,000 - $240,000.  
 
Requirements:
Candidates will ideally be tertiary qualified with the relevant qualifications. The successful applicant will be extremely motivated and be someone who wants to work with the best. Good communication skills in English and to be eligible to work in Australia are essential criteria. Our client needs enthusiastic, organised, confident and inspired individuals who enjoy developing, communicating and sharing ideas. Any previous experience working for a Tier 1 Contractor within will be an advantage but not essential. In addition to this it is also desired for the successful candidate to have the following attributes:
 
Experience in:
a) Senior post Contract management/administration roles; and
b) Contract Claims

Of benefit if:
c) Has formal training/qualifications in dispute resolution (e.g. Adjudication or Arbitration).
