Brunel is seeking a 360 Degree Recruiter to join their Montreal office team. Brunel is an international service provider with staffing, recruitment and payrolling capabilities. The 360 Recruiter will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Use job boards and Direct Recruiting to find Candidates;
  • Scan candidate's resume and determine potential fit with that of the clients needs;
  • Interview candidates;
  • Negotiate Compensation packages with Candidates;
  • Responsible for generating new accounts ;
  • Drive new sales through focused activity such as cold-calling, email marketing and consistent follow-up;
  • Sell contracting recruitment services to mining companies mainly in Canada, but also worldwide;
  • Develop new effective sales initiatives to enhance current strategies;
  • Meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Deep sell within existing Mining clients;
  • Participate in client visits and presentations;
  • Attend networking events and represent Brunel at trade shows;
  • Negotiate costs with clients within guidelines set by management.

Requirements

  • University degree in HR or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience as a 360 recruiter;
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in French and English;
  • Ability to track and handle multiple projects and tasks with exceptional organization and follow-up skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Ability to effectively work with others in a team environment;
  • Willing to travel occasionally.
