Job Description:
- A strong environmental services company that provides services on a global level is currently seeking an EHS Manager with a strong background in steel plant's to work on a full-time assignment in the Pittsburgh area. Per Diem can be offered to the right candidate as well.
Job Duties and Minimum Qualifications Include:
- Must have a heavy background in Steel (at least 5 years)
- Establishes and maintains water management programs
- Establishes and maintains solid and hazardous waste management programs
- Establishes and maintains hazardous materials management programs
- Establishes and maintains occupational safety and health management programs
- Maintain documentation of the above programs
- Submit periodic reports to government agencies
- Must be familiar with OSHA Audits and Inspection and keeping OSHA logs
- Experience developing and delivering training plans (Hazcom, Confined Spaces, Lockout/Tagout, Emergency Evacuation)
