We now have an immediate need to recruit a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane based team.
Our consultants focus on ensuring our clients and candidates all enjoy unrivalled levels of service through the provision of highly efficient and results focused recruitment services.
Working alongside other experienced members of the team you will be responsible for the following activities:
Client relationship management – established clients and some new business
Candidate sourcing – search, (online / print) advertising, and database search
Candidate selection – interviewing, screening and short-listing
Candidate management – interviews, psych assessment, medicals, and offer negotiation
Contributing to your success in the role will be your exemplary written and verbal communication skills, your ability to effectively prioritise conflicting work demands, and your ability to consistently deliver high quality recruitment outcomes.
In addition you’ll also need strong computer literacy skills, a disciplined approach to the use and maintenance of a database, and a genuine commitment to shared team values and goals. You should note that we don’t take ourselves too seriously, so whilst we’re serious about what we do, we know it is important (essential!) to enjoy what you do too.
Your enthusiasm, tenacity, and drive to deliver results will be integral to fitting into our team, and of course in turn fulfilling our clients’ and candidates’ expectations.
