Job Description
Working as part of a small yet highly skilled team, key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing 1st and 2nd Level Support
  • Assisting the business with IT issues and problems
  • Escalating any 3rd level issues to appropriate Engineers
  • Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
The Successful Applicant
The successful incumbent will have well developed interpersonal skills and possess a high level of customer service. Exposure to a similar role is essential as is a working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Windows XP and 7.
