Key to this role is the co-ordination and supervision field drilling teams.  Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are essential.  Primary responsibilities are ensuring the implementation safety standards and procedures in the field liaising between trade teams, management and stakeholders.
 
While the ability to work autonomously and organise workload are essential to success the incumbent will be uncompromisingly a team player.
 
Previous experience in drilling roles is essential and ideally will be accompanied by a Certificate II Drilling.  In addition to this the incumbent will possess a Certificate IV Training & Assessment.  Certificate IV OHS or desire to complete will be highly regarded.
 
This is a Queensland based FIFO role.  Equal time and attractive salary package offered.
